 The UroLume® Urethral Stent is an implantable device for men that is intended to relieve urinary obstruction resulting from:
- Recurrent bulbar urethral strictures —UroLume relieves urinary obstruction and also minimizes the recurrence of strictures.
- Enlarged prostate or benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH)—UroLume is minimally invasive and effective treatment option to prostate surgery.
- Detrusor external sphincter dyssynergia (DESD)—UroLume offers relief to patient that suffer from urinary obstruction due to DESD, which frequently accompanies spinal cord injury.
