In-FastTM Ultra Sling System
The In-FastTM Sling System treats stress urinary incontinence in women. The procedure is done with no abdominal incision. A "sling" made of biological or synthetic mesh is placed inside your body, under the urethra and connected to the back of your pubic bone. The sling helps support your urethra to restore urinary control.
Sometimes, in addition to urinary incontinence, women experience a condition in which the tissues between the bladder and the vagina weaken, causing the bladder to bulge or sag into the vagina. This condition is called a cystocele. During the procedure with In-Fast Ultra, a concomitent repair such as a cycstocele may be performed simultaneously with the incontinence repair.
