Stricture Patient Profile For many years, George
had a problem with kidney infections and stones. After getting that
under control, he had a series of several years of urinary strictures
that spontaneously appeared in his bulbar urethra. Over several years,
he had about a dozen dilations performed.
George was looking at
having dilations every few months for the rest of his life. Clearly he
wanted another answer, so he and his physician decided on the UroLume
stent. It provided George with immediate relief, eliminating both his
pain and frustration with being unable to urinate.

scenario is based upon a composite of typical patient and physician
experiences, and is not reflective of any one individual's medical
situation. Individual situations and results may vary. |
