The In-FastTM Ultra Sling System recreates suburethral support using a 2x7 cm biologic or synthetic graft that is placed below the urethra. This placement allows for treatment of stress urinary incontinence resulting from intrinsic sphincter deficiency (ISD) and hypermobility.
The sling is anchored to the pubic bone with sutures that are attached to bone screws. The sling supports the urethra when abdominal pressure occurs.
Insertion of the In-Fast sling can be done through a single vaginal incision.
